Who We Are
Tim Reinhart
President
Tim Reinhart serves as President of Red Gate Distribution. He works closely with the management team to establish Short and Long Term goals, execution of strategic initiatives, and ensures the proper allocation of resources. Tim works daily with high value clients utilizing his past career experience to drive value and grow assets. Prior to joining Red Gate, Tim worked for Envestnet Inc as a Product Manager on their Data & Analytics team. Here he gained valuable industry experience working to develop and deploy new solutions and integrations with the driving goal of producing better outcomes for Envestnet’s clients.
Liam Clarke, MA, CPA
Vice President
Liam Clarke serves as Vice President of Operations for Red Gate Distribution. Liam coordinates all data, accounting, and vendor management for Red Gate, while also facilitating a clear and concise distribution process on behalf of our Clients. Prior to joining Red Gate, Liam gained valuable industry experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) in Manhattan, NY. Liam worked in the Audit & Attestation Practice in the Investment Management Industry and Banking & Capital Markets Industry on PwC’s largest client, JPMorgan Chase.
Ryan Hurley
Operations Manager
Mr Ryan Hurley is an Operations Manager for Red Gate Distribution and serves as a Compliance Officer for SEC Registered Investment Advisers. Ryan has experience in the design, implementation, on-going risk assessment, testing, monitoring and review of Compliance Programs for SEC-Registered Investment Advisers, Exempt Reporting Advisers, Mutual Funds, and Private Equity Funds with respect to Firm Policies and Federal Securities Laws.
